White Pyramid was born out of the shared belief of Udi de Silva and James Rollingson that there was a better way to deliver testing services in New Zealand.

They had both heard from the industry that there was a need for more comprehensive testing services delivered with transparent pricing and that provided greater value for their testing investments.

Many companies faced uncertainty when seeking to enhance their testing practices. The dilemma involved deciding between hiring new staff, engaging hourly contractors, or bringing in a consulting company. Hiring a permanent team member was impractical for implementing a specific improvement, attracting hourly contractors posed challenges around availability and requested contract minimums, and consulting companies often proposed solutions beyond the required scope or budget.

After speaking with businesses and asking out how a vendor could best help them reach their next level of testing throughout their journey to success, they designed a delivery model to meet those needs, and White Pyramid was born.
